"Once our eyes are opened, we can't pretend we don't know what to do.
God, who weighs our hearts and keeps our souls, knows what we know,
and holds us responsible to act." Prov 24:12

God Moves Mountains

For us, the eating issues with Sasha had become like a mountain and we were struggling. That is why I finally reached out on this blog a week ago because I just didn't know what else to do. I just needed to let it all out and hope that we would receive some inspiration, advice and prayers. Wow, did we ever! Sasha has touched numerous lives all over the world and has people praying for him all over the world. Well, this past week, God heard those prayers and he has moved mountains in our house! I cannot believe the incredible changes he started to make less than 12 hours after I wrote that post.

This week has been so full of amazing moments that I can only describe it as a God thing. What has happened this week has been nothing short of a miracle. Sasha went from where he was (struggling in so many areas regarding food, eating only soft foods that are easy to swallow, etc.) to eating muffins, hot dogs, string cheese, hard boiled eggs, drinking water and milk out of anything I put it in, eating out of my hand, trying everything I offer him, asking for more things to eat by saying the name of the item rather than just screaming... seriously the list could go on and on.

God has moved mountains in our house. He has heard your prayers for our son and for that we couldn't be more grateful. Thank you all so much for keeping us in your thoughts and prayers. As you can see, it really does make a difference!

  1. Praise God!!! Thank you God!! God is a God of miracles and he proves it time and time again!

  2. Wow! It's always nice to hear how God answers Prayers. I'm glad he's been helping Sasha in this area that has been difficult for him and for you. Thanks for sharing the Good news!

  3. That is fantastic! Miracles really happen!

  4. Hebrews 4:16
Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

The power of prayer is so great! I applaud you for being vulnerable to your blog readers so that we could pray for you specifically! It is so wonderful to hear that Mr Sasha is doing well, and that your family is feeling supported in prayer! The prayers are continuing to come your way!
